Mohamed Fawzi Zahari graduated from the International Islamic University, Malaysia in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree. He is also a certified member of FPAM and a member of the ICAEW Corporate Finance Faculty.

A merchant banking practitioner providing sophisticated and focused corporate finance advisory and access to private capital to established, small and mid-market companies and entrepreneurs.

In helping companies reach their next orbit of growth, he brings to the table, deep understanding of issues pertaining to the complexities of markets, demanding regulations and uncertain risk, rich experience of handling transactions of various colours and an extensive investor network.
