For graduates, the recruitment process is as follows:
Applications received will be reviewed and shortlisted accordingly. Only shortlisted candidates will be notified to attend an interview. Assessment (IQ test, communication skills, etc) will be conducted to assess your suitability for a position in the firm. After the first interview, you may be required to attend a second interview. You will be informed of an offer if you are successful in the selection process.
For experienced professionals, the recruitment process is as follows:
Applications will be reviewed according to their experience and qualifications against our requirements. Shortlisted candidates will be notified to attend the first interview where a written assessment will be conducted prior to the interview session. Candidates will be shortlisted again to attend a second interview to further assess them on their suitability for the position.
For interns, the recruitment process is as follows:
Internships are invited from undergraduates who have completed their second year or in their final year of study to gain hands-on practical experience and to relate what they have studied to the job. Depending on the internship period and the firm’s needs, candidates will be shortlisted to undergo an assessment test (communication skills) and attend an interview.
